Blue Book

The Blue Book, or the Tibetan Solidarity Partnership, was launched in 1996. The Blue Book seeks to reach out to the friends of Tibet around the world whose support is crucial to help resolve the issue of Tibet. Tibetans are engaged in a life-and-death struggle to preserve their culture and restore freedom in Tibet. This program enables friends of Tibet to make annual financial contributions to help support the various educational, cultural, developmental and humanitarian activities of the CTA. Any person, irrespective of their nationality, can apply for the Blue Book. Your participation in this project and obtaining the Blue Book signifies your solidarity and support to help resolve the issue of Tibet.

Get Involved – Become A Blue Book Member

The Tibetan Solidarity Alliance Blue Book project was initiated to solicit annual contributions that directly support the work of the Central Tibetan Administration.

By being a Blue Book holder, you express your solidarity with the broad vision of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in his peaceful and nonviolent struggle for freedom for the people of Tibet. To join the Blue Book Project, participants pledge to make an annual contribution of as little as $25.

How To Join The Blue Book Project

To join the Blue Book Project, participants pledge to make an annual contribution of as little as $25 and receive a “Blue Book” which they keep. This handsome, 4″ x 5 3/4″, 64 page hardbound booklet has a blue linen finish cover with the seal of Tibet foil-stamped in gold. The title page is printed in two colors, with the seal of Tibet in red.

With your first contribution, you will receive an individualized Blue Book validated with a Tibetan stamp. Thereafter, each time we receive your contribution, we will mail you validation stamps like the ones above depicting the Potala Palace and various Tibetan designs that you may affix in your book.

All proceeds from the contribution will be used towards supporting various CTA projects related to education of Tibetan children, revitalizing Tibetan refugee settlements, providing healthcare and other socio-welfare services.
