Enterprise Development Officer

Dawa manages the Tibetan Women Micro Entrepreneurship Project and oversees other livelihood programs of The Tibet Fund. Her responsibilities include program development and design, planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Before joining The Tibet Fund in 2021, Dawa worked as a Project Manager in Marketing at WhiteVox and Axis Bank, and prior to that was a recruiter at Four Wheel Group India Pvt. Ltd.  She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Shri Ram College of Commerce at Delhi University.
