Tenzin Nordon

Gender and Culture Program Officer

Nordon oversees our gender equity and protection, women’s empowerment, and culture preservation programs. Her responsibilities include program development and design, planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and developing the capacity of local partner organizations. Before joining The Tibet Fund in 2021, Nordon worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Central Tibetan Administration, and before that was a researcher at the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Dharamsala, India. She has a Bachelor in Business Management from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Women’s Empowerment.
