Small Grants Officer

Tenchoe oversees the Tibetan Civil Society Empowerment Program, Tibetan Girls Scholarship Program, and Small Grants Fund. She supports local partner organizations and grantees with capacity building, data management, financial administration, and reporting. Tenchoe also contributes content to The Tibet Fund’s social media platforms. Before joining The Tibet Fund in 2021, Tenchoe was a Program Coordinator and Secretary at Tibet House Cultural Centre of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in New Delhi. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Jamia Hamdard University and is currently completing an online Master of Arts in Elementary Education at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
