Program Finance Officer

Tsering manages program finances for the USAID funded Tibetan Self Reliance and Resilience Program. Her responsibilities include coordinating financial transactions and cash flow, preparing financial reports, budgets, and pipeline analyses, and assisting with audit preparation. Before joining The Tibet Fund in 2016, Tsering worked as an accountant at the Institute for Small Trade Learning in Bangalore, under the Department of Home of Central Tibetan Administration. She holds a Master of Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking from Bangalore University.
