Deputy Chief of Party (TESC)

Palden supports the overall management and technical direction of the TESC program. Previously, he worked on multi-year initiatives to strengthen governance institutions and improve livelihoods across Tibetan communities in India. He served as Project Officer for over five years with the CTA, then as Project Manager and Deputy Chief of Party for the USG funded CTA-CBSI Program for three years. Before transitioning to the development sector, he worked as a sales Manager in the private tech sector for over a year.
