Translated and voiced by Tibetan language experts, these short episodes help build early language skills in a fun, familiar format. New episodes are uploaded every week, making it easy for families to enjoy and learn together at their own pace.
Launched in celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday, this series is a joyful tribute to his lifelong dedication to Tibetan language education and culture preservation.
Meet the artists of Peppa Pig in Tibetan
Choekyi
as Peppa, Grandma Pig, Candy and Pedro
Choekyi is a Tibetan language tutor for international students at Sini and an experienced voice actor, with a portfolio that includes Tibetan cartoon dubbing and educational video projects. She voiced several characters in the Tibetan version of Peppa Pig.
Yontsang Tenzin Lhundup
as Daddy Pig, Uncle Pig and Mr. Zebra
Lhundup is a theatre artist at Tibet Theatre, with experience performing on national and international stages. In Peppa Pig, he made his dubbing debut voicing Daddy Pig, Uncle Pig, and Mr. Zebra.
Tenzin Pema
as Mummy Pig, Madame Gazelle, Mrs. Pony, Mummy Sheep, Aunty Pig and Suzy
Tenzin Pema is a multifaceted artist, arts manager, entrepreneur, and a mother of two. Since 2017, she has served as Production & Assistant Manager at Tibet Theatre, contributing to productions on national and international stages.
Karma Chulha Dolma
as George, Danny, Miss Rabbit, Rebecca & Chloe
Karma Chulha Dolma is a voice actor who made her debut in the first season of Peppa Pig, voicing George, Danny, Miss Rabbit, Rebecca Rabbit, and Chloe.
Migchung
as the Narrator and Granddad Dog
Migchung is a singer and professional voice-over artist. He co-founded the Tibetan Dubbing Society and has dubbed numerous animated films and series into Tibetan, including the Agu Phakpa series.
Lhakpa Tsering
as Grandpa Pig, Polly Parrot, & Dr. Brown Bear
Lhakpa Tsering, born in Tibet, was educated at TCV School and graduated from St. Joseph’s College of Arts and Science, Bangalore. A former executive member of the TYC, he is the founder of Tibet Theatre, the first Tibetan theatre group in exile, where he continues to contribute as a playwright, director, and artist.
