We work to advance quality education in Tibetan schools by strengthening teacher capacity, promoting STEM learning, integrating educational technology, and expanding counseling support.
Teachers engage in continuous professional development through collaborative learning and Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) programs that cultivate compassion, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. STEM education is enriched through targeted training, exhibitions, and research opportunities that nurture curiosity and innovation. Classrooms are equipped with digital tools and connectivity to enhance teaching and collaboration and student access to advanced information and communication technologies. School-based counseling programs further support students’ emotional well-being and career readiness. These efforts create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where Tibetan students can learn, grow, and thrive.
