Our teacher-led, school-based professional development (TPD) model enables educators to continuously refine their practice through lesson study, peer discussions, classroom observations, expert talks, and webinars. Schools are supported with teacher reading corners, learning hubs, and small grants that encourage collaborative, teacher-initiated learning.
“Before TPD was introduced, the classroom was monotonous. It has helped us to build our classroom environment. If a teacher enjoys a class, the students also enjoy and learn”
– Lhundup Namgyal, science teacher.
