Ngoenga School, founded in 2000 near Dehradun, India, draws its name from the Tibetan term “Ngoenga,” which conveys “extreme happiness” or “joy.” Dedicated to educating disabled Tibetan children, the institution offers comprehensive support to over 40 children, encompassing free boarding, education, and healthcare services.
