Jigme Shingsar

Jigme Shingsar is Managing Director in the Debt Capital Markets Group at a major financial institution.  Born and raised in various hill stations in India before moving with his family to Canada where he began his career in finance, he has since spent the majority of his career on Wall Street covering public sector clients globally. Jigme holds a BA and MBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
