We work with the Central Tibetan Administration to train teachers on inclusive education principles, publish children’s books with diversity and inclusion themes, install wheelchair ramps and hand rails at schools, renovate toilets to improve accessibility, and provide mobility aids to students with disabilities. Regular assessments are conducted by trained teachers to identify children with special needs, and follow-up support is provided by child psychologists and inclusive education experts.
